CRM Manager
Our client is a dynamic growth partner in the property sector seeking a detail-oriented CRM Manager to join their team on a full-time, fully remote basis. In this role, you will take ownership of database operations, streamline pipeline management, and ensure seamless communication across sales and marketing workflows.
What you will do:
- Manage day-to-day CRM operations, maintaining accurate pipeline data and clean contact records.
- Support outbound outreach and prospect tracking to ensure timely follow-ups by the sales team.
- Build and maintain functional automated workflows, tagging systems, and communication schedules.
- Generate clear performance reports on database engagement, lead conversion, and activity levels.
- Liaise regularly with team leaders to align CRM workflows with broader campaign and event demands.
What we are looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience managing CRM databases and customer pipelines.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for cross-team coordination.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while remaining accountable to targets.
- Demonstrated capability in managing outbound prospect data and supporting sales administrative tasks.
Nice to have:
- Experience with platforms such as GoHighLevel or Keap.
- Background supporting sales or growth initiatives within the property or real estate sector.
- Familiarity with aligning to UK working schedules.
What is on offer:
- Salary: R28 000 - R30 000 per month.
- Working setup: Full-time, 100% remote within South Africa.
- Start date: As soon as possible.
