Remote Recruitment is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage shipment information and delivery updates remotely from South Africa. This is a fully remote coordination role with no warehouse attendance, driving or physical stock handling.

What you will do

- Track consignments and maintain accurate shipment-status records.

- Liaise with carriers to obtain delivery updates and supporting information.

- Investigate delivery exceptions and coordinate follow-up actions.

- Communicate delays and status changes clearly to the appropriate contacts.

- Maintain shipment documentation and records of actions taken.

- Escalate unresolved delivery issues through agreed processes.

- Prepare clear summaries of outstanding shipments and exceptions.

What we are looking for

- Relevant logistics or transport-coordination experience.

- Strong communication and follow-up skills.

- Confidence maintaining tracking spreadsheets or logistics systems.

- The ability to manage multiple shipments and stay accurate under time pressure.

- The ability to work independently and communicate progress reliably.

- Reliable internet and a suitable remote-working space.

Nice to have

- Experience using transport-management systems.

- Experience managing carrier queries and proof-of-delivery records.

What is on offer

- Monthly remuneration of R20,000 to R26,000, depending on relevant skills and experience.
