Remote Recruitment is looking for a Workforce Scheduling Coordinator to keep remote service teams appropriately staffed.

You will coordinate schedules and coverage, helping the team respond to changes in demand and availability.

What you will do

• Prepare and maintain team rosters using agreed staffing requirements.
• Track coverage and flag gaps or conflicting schedules.
• Adjust schedules when availability or demand changes.
• Keep scheduling records and spreadsheets accurate.
• Communicate changes clearly and escalate coverage concerns.

What we are looking for

• Scheduling experience and confident spreadsheet skills.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to communicate schedule changes clearly and manage competing priorities.
• Reliable internet and a suitable remote workspace in South Africa.
• The ability to work independently, communicate progress and meet agreed deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience with workforce-management software.
• Experience coordinating contact-centre or service-team schedules.
