Administrative Coordinator

Salary: R29 000 - R32 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Administrative Coordinator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning keeping a UK team organised and its admin running smoothly.

Role overview

You will coordinate the day-to-day administration that keeps a UK business running. You will manage schedules, documents and communication so the team can focus on its real work.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
• Prepare, file and track documents and records
• Manage shared inboxes and route requests
• Support teams with reporting and data updates
• Follow up on actions until they are closed

What you'll need

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role
• Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage several priorities at once
• A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a UK team
• Familiarity with Asana or Trello
• Experience preparing simple reports in Excel
