Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership across RAN configuration, parameter management and network performance optimization.
Support complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution of network performance issues.
Oversee radio parameter changes, network integration and optimization activities.
Validate technical deliverables, ensure configuration consistency and monitor service quality.
Coordinate with engineering teams and provide technical guidance to other engineers.
Identify opportunities for improvement, standardization and automation.
Qualifications
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or related technical field.
Extensive experience in LTE/5G RAN engineering and multi-vendor environments.
Strong expertise in radio configuration, KPI/KQI analysis and network optimization.
Experience with RAN planning, OSS and performance management tools.
Advanced troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to independently manage complex engineering activities and support technical coordination.
Good written and spoken English and Polish.
Openness to visit the Katowice office.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Vodafone network environments and operational processes.
Knowledge of ATOLL, COM5, ActixOne or equivalent tools.
Experience with Ericsson, Huawei and/or Nokia RAN platforms.
Knowledge of Python, SQL, automation or AI-assisted network analysis.
Italian and/or German language skills.
