RAN Performance & Optimization Engineer (B2B)

Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze RAN performance at cell, site and cluster levels.
Identify network degradations through KPI/KQI monitoring, statistical analysis and trend evaluation.
Perform root cause analysis and define corrective actions to improve network performance.
Analyze OSS counters, network traces and third-party Drive Test measurement data.
Support radio parameter optimization, worst-cell analysis and network quality improvement.
Produce performance reports and verify the effectiveness of implemented optimization actions.
Qualifications
Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience in LTE/5G RAN performance analysis and radio network optimization.
Strong knowledge of radio KPIs related to accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput and latency.
Hands-on experience with RAN performance monitoring and OSS tools.
Ability to analyze network counters, identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting and technical reporting skills.
Good written and spoken English and Polish.
Openness to visits to the Katowice office.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with ActixOne, Infovista, ENM/MAE or equivalent tools.
Knowledge of VoLTE/VoNR performance analysis and optimization.
Experience with Ericsson, Huawei and/or Nokia networks.
Familiarity with Python, SQL, BigQuery, Tableau or other data analytics tools.
Italian and/or German language skills.
