Solutions Engineer

Join Resolver as a Solutions Engineer, where you'll demo our products to new and existing customers, apply product knowledge throughout the sales cycle, and collaborate across all departments. Missions

• Application of product knowledge throughout the sales cycle, collaborating with all departments to ensure accurate product presentation.
• Preparing and delivering high-quality product demonstrations tailored to customer requirements, showcasing how Resolver's products meet their needs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide clear and concise value and benefits to support the sales cycle, including creating relevant customer stories.

Profil recherché

- 3-5 years experience in a related role or field (Sales, Solution Engineering, or Customer Success)

- You’re accountable for your work! You take the time to invest in research, learning, and practice to make yourself an expert in your field!

- You’re a go-getter with an excellent ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously

- While rare, we require flexibility and willingness to support customer calls later in the evening if business requires

- You’re someone who loves to take on challenges; you work hard to understand the in’s and out’s of new products and services

- You have exceptional communication skills and don't shy away from speaking publicly and presenting

- Experience working with cross-functional teams; specifically, with technical teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services)
