After YC, we raised a $6.6M seed round and went heads-down building for our first enterprise customers. What We Build

RetailReady is the first AI-powered compliance engine designed specifically for retail supply chains. We automate the complex web of compliance requirements between brands, warehouses, and retailers, turning weeks of manual work into minutes of automated processes. Our platform integrates directly into warehouse operations and brands tech stacks, providing real-time compliance monitoring and automated documentation.

About the Founders

We bring deep operational, product, and engineering backgrounds from Stord (supply chain unicorn) and Microsoft. The Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer who's ready to take ownership and make technical decisions that will shape RetailReady's future. This isn't just another engineering role - you'll be working directly with our founding team and founding engineer to build something truly impactful.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale our core platform using React Native, Flask, Next.js, and TypeScript
• Travel occasionally to warehouses to observe software in action and perform live coding during go-lives
• Take ownership of technical architecture decisions as we scale
• Work across the full stack with bonus points for scaling/infrastructure expertise
• Collaborate directly with founders and customers to shape product direction

• Full stack development experience with modern web technologies
• Startup mindset: Ready to wear multiple hats and take ownership
• Ambition and tenacity: This role is not for the faint of heart - we want someone who shares our level of ambition and is in it for the long haul
• Curiosity about supply chain: Excited to learn about and improve an industry that touches every business
• Collaboration skills: Ability to work closely with founders, customers, and warehouse teams

Bonus Points

• Experience with React Native, Flask, TypeScript
• Infrastructure and scaling expertise
• Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or B2B software
• Startup experience, especially early-stage
