The work includes modernization of legacy applications, development of new cloud-native solutions, and implementation of DevSecOps and scaled Agile practices across the organization.

  • Establish and manage test data strategies, test data management processes, and validation frameworks
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing, rapid feedback, and automated quality enforcement
  • Coordinate testing activities across systems, vendors, teams, and environments to ensure alignment, interoperability, and end-to-end integration quality
  • Lead API, integration, regression, system, performance, load, and end-to-end testing activities across distributed systems
  • Manage defect lifecycle activities including defect identification, categorization, prioritization, tracking, escalation, and remediation oversight
  • Analyze test results, quality trends, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement in system quality and release performance
  • Ensure systems meet requirements for functionality, performance, scalability, resiliency, security, and operational reliability
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, DevSecOps engineers, and operational teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC
  • Support testing governance across Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall delivery models
  • Mentor test engineers and promote enterprise testing standards, automation practices, and quality engineering best practices
