  • Private Medical Insurance
  • Free virtual GP service
  • Healthy Mind Champions and wider health and wellbeing support
  • Staff discounts and exclusive holiday offers
  • Free financial support and education

As an IT Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Establishing clear project plans, milestones, timelines and priorities.
  • Leading projects through the agreed lifecycle, methodology and governance processes.
  • Monitoring delivery against scope, time, budget, quality and business requirements.
  • Developing, managing and reporting on project budgets and ensuring resources are used responsibly.
  • Coordinating people, skills and capacity across cross-functional project teams.
  • Identifying risks, issues, dependencies and opportunities, and putting effective mitigation plans in place.
  • Providing clear and timely communication to project teams, stakeholders, customers, suppliers and partners.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting and governance records.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
  • Monitoring project progress and championing high-quality outcomes that meet agreed standards and customer expectations.
  • Assessing project changes, understanding their impact, securing the appropriate approvals and minimising disruption.
  • Supporting procurement activity and supplier performance to ensure goods and services are secured on time and in line with requirements.
  • Facilitating lessons learned and retrospectives to support continuous improvement.
  • Reporting progress through regular governance forums and supporting delivery against agreed objectives.

At Rexel, we focus on behaviours and potential as well as experience. We’re looking for someone who demonstrates:

You’ll ideally bring:

  • Proven experience delivering projects using a recognised methodology.
  • Experience in digital, technology, omnichannel or customer-focused environments.
