About the team:
You’ll be a part of the User Growth group within Rezi. This is a cross-functional group made up of teams of product, growth, engineering, design and marketing where everyone supports each other to achieve the biggest impact possible.
The group is self-sufficient with a culture of “a startup within a startup”. You’ll work within the product-led growth team side of the group, and help supercharge our user growth.
You'll be working on:
Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users
Define the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual design
Gather product requirements, organize and lead regular user research sessions and interviews, frame the problem, and find solutions that address both customers and business needs
Collaborate with peers in Design, Product Management, and Engineering to define product and design decisions.
Lead and mentor designers in the assigned product area.
We are looking for:
3-5+ years of experience as a product designer on SaaS products with a heavy focus on workflows and complex data.
Deep knowledge of design tools and techniques from research to delivery.
Solid visual design foundation understanding of design principles (space, typography, color theory, layout, etc.)
Strong portfolio of projects, clearly demonstrating your design process and hands-on visual design that speaks to your talent as a creative thinker and problem solver
You have the curiosity and creativity to test new ideas and innovate to improve business results
You are able to phase design projects to optimize quick releases and scale design back to lower scope when needed.
Define product information architecture. Create wireframes, library of templates, and prototypes that illustrate key product interactions. Proficient in high-fidelity prototyping tools (Figma, motion design platform of choice).
Have deep understanding of design systems and interaction patterns to ensure brand, visual and interactive cohesion across products, platforms, and scenarios.
