About our Summer Internship Program
RF-SMART's Summer Internship Program gives you real work, real responsibility, and direct access to leaders across the organization. This is a 12-week, full-time experience-not a resume line item, but a launchpad.
RF-SMART has been transforming warehouse and inventory management since 1982, serving 3,000+ customers across industries like healthcare, manufacturing, and wholesale distribution. Our Oracle Cloud team builds mobile-first software that integrates deeply with Oracle Cloud, helping warehouse teams work faster, smarter, and with greater accuracy. As a Software Developer Intern, you'll join a collaborative engineering team building a modern, cloud-native SaaS platform across mobile, web, and server components-contributing to software that impacts businesses around the world.
What You'll Do
Alongside your project work, approximately 5-6 hours each week are built into your schedule for structured development. These two tracks run simultaneously.

- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Collaborate with QA, Product, and Development teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Debug and resolve issues to help maintain reliable, high-quality software
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Gain hands-on experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions on Oracle Cloud
- p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Learn what it takes to ship real software in a fast-paced, team-oriented engineering environment

What You Bring:
- Foundational knowledge in TypeScript and C#
- An excitement to learn and grow
- Currently enrolled in a degree program at the time of the internship
- Considered a junior or senior by credit hours
- Available to work 40 hours per week in-office
- Eligible to work in the United States for any employer without future sponsorship
- Experience with both front-end and back-end development is a plus
Program Details
- Duration: January 4, 2027 - April 30, 2027 (Spring Semester) andMay 30, 2027 - July 30th (12 weeks over the summer)
- Hours: 25hrs per week in Spring and40 hours per week in Summer
- Pay: $25/hour
- Location: Jacksonville, FL
- Open to undergraduate students, graduate students, and May/Spring graduates
