Trainee Dealer, Treasury Solutions

About the Role

Join our team as a Trainee Dealer, Treasury Solutions professional, supporting the day-to-day execution and servicing of FX and derivatives transactions. You will work closely with the sales desk and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal execution, timely resolution of operational matters and effective client servicing.

This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to FX and derivatives products, transaction processes and client solutions within a dynamic banking environment.

What You Will Be Doing

• Support the desk in managing and coordinating daily FX and derivatives transactions.
• Understand and manage the desk’s daily operational requirements to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
• Monitor FX and derivatives deals and coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Provide day-to-day servicing and support for FX and derivatives transactions throughout the trade lifecycle.
• Assist the sales team in preparing and developing FX and derivatives proposals for clients.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, Treasury and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
• Support the team in maintaining a high standard of operational accuracy, client service and adherence to internal policies and procedures.

What We’re Looking For

• Relevant experience in FX, derivatives, treasury, investment banking, financial markets or banking operationswill be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of FX and derivatives products and their transaction processes.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive team player who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with a strong interest in Financial Markets and Treasury productsare encouraged to apply.
