Buscamos por talentos para vaga de Assistente Administrativo para atuar com foco em orçamentos e faturamentos, na cidade de Joinville/SC

Suas tarefas diárias serão:

  • Elaboração de Orçamentos
  • Propostas para clientes de contratos
  • NF-e de Entrada, Saída e Demonstração
  • Verificação e Cálculos de Impostos e Alíquotas
  • Contato com Clientes para Dúvidas de Pedidos
  • Auxiliar de Rotinas Administrativas

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Técnico Completo e/ou Superior Cursando em Administração, Processos Gerenciais, Contabilidade, Gestão Financeira;
  • Pacote Office Intermediário;
  • Experiência anterior no desempenho das atividades;

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com Orçamento, Financeiro, Faturamento e Impostos (Contábil)
  • Conhecimento de Google Drive
  • Conhecimento Intermediário/Avançado de Excel

Horário: 2a. a 6a. feira - 8:00h às 17h45min (1h15min de intervalo)
