Job Description:

• Create engaging, educational, and entertaining content that inspires users worldwide to learn Lithuanian
• Produce short-form videos (Reels) and carousels for organic content, ads, and possibly YouTube
• Showcase Lithuanian linguistic and cultural aspects, including phrases, expressions, traditions, and humor
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, design, copy, and growth teams to align content with campaign goals, brand tone, visual identity, and messaging
• Drive audience growth through views, engagement, and click-throughs to Ling
• Drive installs and activations through high-performing short-form videos
• Film and edit videos introducing Lithuanian phrases, idioms, and cultural insights
• Present language tips, comparisons, and fun facts for global audiences
• Research trending sounds, formats, and challenges for language-learning content
• Experiment with hooks, pacing, and storytelling styles to improve retention and watch time
• Suggest campaign tie-ins such as seasonal trends, holidays, and app events
• Analyze engagement metrics and identify patterns in top-performing content
• Optimize video calls to action and link placements for conversions
• Refine creative direction based on performance insights
• Use AI tools to automate and speed up content processes
• Join brainstorming sessions for global campaigns featuring Eastern European languages

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience as a social media content creator or influencer
• Portfolio or social media handles showcasing previous short-form content
• Passion for language learning, education, or cross-cultural communication
• Available for 12 hours per week; hours may be increased depending on content needs
• Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• Confident on-camera presence with strong storytelling ability
• Familiarity with social media trends and adapting them to educational or cultural content
• Basic editing skills using CapCut, InShot, or similar apps
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
• Experience working remotely with international teams
• Background in communications, linguistics, or media is desired
• Another Eastern European language is a plus
• Experience working with international or educational brands is preferred
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics (views, CTR, engagement)
• Knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
• Creative thinker with cultural awareness and curiosity
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Comfortable experimenting with new content formats
• Organized, reliable, and consistent in content delivery
• Must record a 2-minute video introduction as part of the application
• Video must be uploaded to Google Drive with public viewing permissions and linked in the application form
