Horário de Trabalho

  • Segunda a sexta-feira: Das 08h às 17h, com 1 hora de intervalo para almoço.

Principais Atividades

  • Organização administrativa:
  • Organizar arquivos e documentos da sede.
  • Atualizar cadastros dos pacientes.
  • Atender telefone e responder WhatsApp.
  • Receber visitantes e novas famílias.
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza cotidiana e conservação da sede.

Requisitos

  • Ensino médio completo.
  • Preferencialmente cursando faculdade de Administração ou com curso técnico concluído na área administrativa.
  • Experiência anterior em escritório, associação, ONG ou atendimento ao público.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Conhecimentos de Word, Excel, planilhas, WhatsApp e Instagram.
  • Residir próximo ao bairro Jardim Eldorado - Palhoça/SC.
