Treasury & Finance Specialist

We are looking for a highly analytical and technically strong finance professional to support our Treasury, Payments, Affiliate, and Intercompany operations across a multi-entity international Group.

This role is ideal for someone with advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of banking and payment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Group bank accounts, perform daily balance checks and coordinate fund movements between accounts and Group entities.

• Ensure sufficient liquidity is available for planned payments and support short-term cash positioning.
• Review weekly AP payment runs with the Finance team before approval and subsequently load approved payments into relevant banking platforms.
• Prepare CSV and other bank-upload files in Excel in line with individual bank specifications.
• Process SEPA, SWIFT and other international payments and investigate rejected or returned transactions
• Prepare regulatory and other recurring payments, including weekly payments relating to Canadian operations.
• Manage monthly affiliate payment processes, including downloading and reconciling data from NetRefer, reviewing listing fees with the Affiliate team, preparing payment files and updating the platform once payments are completed.
• Review and prepare affiliate payments for other businesses, including Puntit.
• Process ad hoc payments such as PSP top-ups, tax, dividends, regulatory and intercompany payments.
• Prepare and reconcile complex intercompany recharges across the group entities, including allocation calculations and supporting schedules.
• Reconcile affiliate, intercompany and payment-related balances and investigate discrepancies.
• Develop and improve Excel-based tools, templates and controls to automate recurring Finance processes.

Requirements

• Experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, Payments, or Accounting.

• Advanced Excel skills are essential, including experience working with large datasets, complex formulas, PivotTables, and preferably Power Query.
• Experience in preparing bulk payment files or CSV files for banking platforms.
• Good understanding of SEPA, SWIFT, IBAN/BIC and international payment processes.
• Strong reconciliation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across multiple entities, currencies and bank accounts.
• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of Finance controls.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring deadlines independently.
