Reporting to the Boutique Director, the Operations & Hospitality Manager role is a key leadership position responsible for assisting in optimizing boutique performance, profitability, and operational excellence across the SEAO region. The goal is to drive seamless daily boutique operations, elevate client experience, and cultivate a high-performing, client-centric team environment while maintaining the highest Maison standards.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
We are looking for an operational leader who will optimize boutique performance and elevate our client experience.
You will:
- Drive 360° Boutique Daily Operations: Maximize efficiency through optimized staff scheduling, continuous improvement initiatives, and robust security/safety procedures. Act as the primary operational referent to resolve daily floor challenges and enable teams to focus on client engagement.
- Empower & Lead the Team: Recruit, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team. Drive learning and development priorities, cultivate a positive and empowering team culture, and promote Chez Cartier principles across all touchpoints.
- Champion Brand Image & Hospitality Standards: Ensure the boutique consistently reflects Maison standards through impeccable visual displays, wardrobe and grooming excellence, and world-class hospitality experiences.
- Optimize Stock Management & Flows: Manage inventory, supplies, assets, and back-of-house execution. Implement robust loss prevention strategies, oversee repairs and spare parts, and ensure stock availability to support commercial performance.
- Oversee Compliance, Maintenance & Digital Operations: Lead the adoption of digital tools and processes, ensure strict adherence to internal policies and audit standards, and maintain boutique facilities to align with brand expectations.
