The Salesforce Service Cloud developer will operate within the Client Platforms area, part of Group Platforms. You will support our Rendez-Vous product team by developing new SF features within the team to improve the experience of Customers, Sales Associates and Client Relation Centre Ambassadors.

Ensure the usability of RDV features
Cooperate with agile team to understand, refine and estimate requirements
Implement new features requested by the Product Owner
Engage in code reviews, testing, and debugging to guarantee quality and performance
Produce significant, reusable, scalable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
Ensure bug fixing
Ensure traceability through Jira (agile project management tool)
Actively participate to regular agile meetings (Daily Meeting, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective)

Understanding of security models
Has experience with REST integrations
Knows basics of administration
