We are hiring an experienced Project Manager for a residential high-rise construction project in Kanpur. The role involves leading end-to-end project execution, managing consultants and contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery, and driving project completion as per approved schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead execution of residential high-rise construction projects.
  • Manage project planning, execution, and site operations.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project timelines, quality, safety, and budgets.
  • Oversee Mivan Shuttering execution and construction activities.
  • Resolve project challenges and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare project progress reports and review project milestones.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in residential high-rise construction.
  • Must have executed projects of 20 floors or above.
  • Hands-on experience with Mivan formwork technology.
  • Strong experience managing consultants, contractors, and project schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
