Operations Assistant (Temporary)

About the Role 

Ring Concierge is a rapidly growing, female-founded fine jewelry company, specializing in custom engagement rings and fine jewelry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Assistant to support our team during Q4, our busiest season. 

This is a temporary role, expected to work full-time hours out of our Midtown NYC office through the end of 2026.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and orders
• Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders
• Support basic quality control checks to ensure product standards
• Secure deliveries and promptly pick up orders from vendors as needed
• Perform general office duties and provide administrative support as required
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned to support overall business needs. 

Requirements 

• 1-2 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with top tier attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google SuitePositive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Details

• Full-time role onsite located in Midtown, NYC 
• Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with the knowledge that this engagement will be during peak sales periods, and your day may extend past listed office hours
• The compensation range for this role is $25/hr
