Missions
- Piloter en autonomie des projets d'amélioration continue, déployer et optimiser les outils (CRM, Zendesk).
- Suivre la performance et la satisfaction client (NPS, CSAT) et construire le reporting associé.
- Récolter le feedback client et le transformer en actions concrètes, automatiser la création des supports de réunion.
