Missions
- Gérer un portefeuille de comptes internationaux en low-touch, en assurant satisfaction et rétention.
- Accompagner les clients dans l’adoption de nos fonctionnalités pour maximiser leur performance opérationnelle et identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
- Identifier les opportunités d’upsell et de cross-sell avec les Account Managers pour développer le MRR.
