- Oversee end-to-end management of technical incidents via phone support, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and offer effective solutions for client needs.
- Efficiently manage tickets, prioritizing based on urgency and impact, and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.
