We are looking for a Senior BI Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI;
Review existing reporting solutions, identify limitations, and propose improvements;
Build and automate reporting for business planning, budgeting, and P&L together with Finance and business stakeholders;
Gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions;
Create dashboards and reports for tracking key business and product metrics;
Automate recurring reporting and reduce manual work;
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and dashboards;
Investigate reporting issues and discrepancies and help identify solutions;
Own tasks end to end: from understanding the business request to delivering the final result.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI;
Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex analytical queries;
Ability to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions;
Experience working with internal stakeholders: requirements gathering, finding solutions, and presenting results;
Strong analytical and system thinking;
Proactivity, ownership, and attention to detail;
Ability to work independently with tasks where there is no ready-made solution or detailed instruction;
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills;
English level: Pre-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have:
Experience with business planning, budgeting, P&L, or financial models;
Experience working closely with Finance teams.
