Role Overview:
As an AIML Engineer, you will serve as a technical anchor within our innovation team, bridging the gap between complex data science research and production-grade software. You will be responsible for designing and deploying sophisticated models that drive decision-making and automate risk assessment processes.
Working closely with data scientists, product managers, and quantitative analysts, you will ensure that our AI initiatives are not only theoretically sound but also highly performant and reliable. Your work will directly influence how our clients perceive and mitigate operational risks, transforming raw data into actionable, automated intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines that integrate seamlessly with existing financial data infrastructures to improve model accuracy and latency.
- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate the extraction and analysis of unstructured financial documents, significantly reducing manual processing time.
- Implement robust MLOps frameworks to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of models, ensuring consistent performance monitoring, versioning, and automated retraining.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for NLP-driven applications.
- Optimize existing AI models for production environments, focusing on cost-efficiency, scalability, and adherence to strict data security and compliance standards.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing advanced NLP models and Generative AI solutions within high-volume data environments.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining MLOps workflows using industry-standard tools to ensure model reliability and reproducibility.
- Strong programming background in Python, with deep experience in frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and familiarity with LLM orchestration tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering efforts and business objectives.
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional experience in developing and deploying production-grade machine learning solutions.
- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, combined with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, hybrid work environment across our Pune, Bangalore, Mumbai, or Hyderabad offices.
