Role Overview :
We are seeking a visionary AI Engineer / Lead to join our innovation hub in Hyderabad, where you will spearhead the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions that redefine industry standards. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex research and scalable production, working closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into intelligent, automated workflows. Your contributions will directly influence our product roadmap, driving significant improvements in user experience and operational efficiency through the deployment of advanced generative models and predictive analytics.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architect and deploy robust end-to-end AI pipelines that integrate seamlessly into existing production environments to enhance system performance.
- Lead the design and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve domain-specific problems, ensuring high accuracy and relevance for our global client base.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement sophisticated NLP frameworks that automate complex data processing tasks and improve decision-making speed.
- Mentor junior engineers by fostering a culture of technical excellence, code quality, and continuous learning within the AI practice.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and research papers to maintain our competitive edge, ensuring our technical stack remains at the forefront of the AI landscape.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade AI systems using Python, with a deep understanding of the underlying mathematical principles of Deep Learning.
- Proven ability to leverage frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch to develop, train, and optimize neural network architectures for real-world applications.
- Strong proficiency in working with Generative AI and LLM orchestration tools such as LangChain to build scalable, context-aware applications.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence strategic business decisions.
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a hybrid work environment, balancing independent research with team-based agile development.
- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, complemented by 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in delivering high-impact AI solutions.
