Tecnico /a hardware e software
La risorsa selezionata sarà inserita nel team di assistenza al cliente e si occuperà di installazioni nuovi PC e laptop presso clienti e configurazione degli stessi sia nella parte hardware che nella parte software.
Requisiti
- Diploma superiore in ambito informatico;
- Solida conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Windows Pro;
- Esperienza nella sostituzione di PC e laptop e nella configurazione di nuovi PC e laptop per gli utenti con relativa configurazione hardware/software;
- Solide competenze su Windows Server, Active Directory;
- Conoscenza buona del pacchetto Office e Office 365;
- Conoscenza sistemi di backup;
- Competenze di networking (reti, router, firewall);
- Capacità di troubleshooting e problem solving in ambito IT.
Completano il profilo l'orientamento al cliente, la capacità organizzativa e relazionale, ottime doti di problem solving e l'autonomia operativa.

Orario di lavoro dal lunedì al venerdì, 8 ore con flessibilità oraria.
CCNL Commercio 2°/3° livello.
RAL € 30.000 - € 40.000 + auto aziendale.
