Responsibilities

Alert Management and Triage:

• Daily monitoring of the Azure dashboard via Atlassian tools. Includes analyzing high-priority alerts to differentiate between false positives and critical infrastructure issues requiring immediate action or task creation.
• Identity and Access Lifecycle Management: Handling daily rotations of expiring secrets in App Registrations and certificates in Enterprise Applications.
• Environment Provisioning and Debugging: Executing processes to set up new ecosystems (subscriptions, resources, repositories).
• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigating network communication failures (e.g., public vs. private endpoint conflicts), API Management errors, Application Gateway issues, and storage account errors.
• Cloud Cost Governance: Monitoring Azure subscription budget overruns (when occur), identifying responsible parties, and facilitating limit increases through the Cloud Team.
• Documentation and Configuration: Configuring SSO for Enterprise Applications and updating internal documentation to record corner cases and new alert-handling procedures.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure cloud operations.
• Experience in Azure Cloud and DevOps maintenance and support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in complex cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Portal, Key Vault, Application Gateway and Storage Accounts.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Practical knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD, including App Registrations, Enterprise Applications and SSO.
• Experience with Atlassian / Jira and MS Teams.
• Knowledge of Bash and basic Python.
• Experience with MS Graph API.
• Knowledge of Azure Monitor / Dashboard.
• Abiliy to work independently and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
