  • Identify and escalate contract terms, risks, or issues that may require additional review by management or legal counsel
  • Assist with gathering information and documentation needed for contract preparation and review
  • Identify and document key contractual obligations, requirements, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Maintain tracking tools to monitor contract milestones, renewal dates, reporting requirements, and compliance obligations
  • Communicate contract status, deadlines, and outstanding requirements to appropriate stakeholders
  • Monitor upcoming deadlines and deliverables and follow up with stakeholders
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect required information and documentation for contracts and related activities
  • Provide guidance to employees on established contract processes and procedures
  • Review contracts for potential risks, issues, or inconsistencies and escalate concerns to management or legal counsel as appropriate
  • Stay informed of changes to company procedures, contractual requirements, and applicable regulations that may impact the role

The Experience We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, legal support, procurement, compliance, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of contract terms, contract administration practices, and compliance requirements
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and escalate them appropriately
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills when managing multiple contracts, documents, and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management or document management systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Proven time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Additional Requirements:

  • Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments while balancing competing priorities

Bonus Points for:
