About the Hiring Manager and Role
Hi, I'm Elisa and I head the Product team at Roamless. I've spent my career building products at companies like Trivago, Grab, and Visa. As an avid traveller myself, I know we can build the best cross-border connectivity experience for our users.
I'm working alongside Ali, our COO, and the rest of the founders, who between them have over 50 years of combined experience in building telecom infrastructure. This mix of deep telco know-how combined with strong product thinking is what makes us uniquely positioned to win this market.
What you'll do
Own Roamless's web products end-to-end (B2C and B2B), working with engineering, design, data, and marketing to ship products that users love, and that drive real results. You'll drive our website experience and lead a brand-new web product we're building from scratch.
- Own the roadmap, discovery, delivery, and adoption for our web products (B2B/B2C)
- Talk directly with customers and run user interviews to uncover problems and opportunities
- Partner with engineering, design, and data to translate customer problems into clear solutions, working in Scrum to deliver iteratively
- Collaborate closely with and energize a team of senior engineers, aligning them around a shared roadmap and vision
- Use AI tools, including Claude Code, to work more efficiently and push the boundaries of how product gets built
- Define and track success metrics, design A/B tests, and use data to ensure improvements translate into real business impact
- Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for new features
- Contribute to how we do product at Roamless, helping shape our ways of working and product culture
What you'll bring
- 5 years of experience as a Product Manager at a tech company, including at least 3 years owning web products, with hands-on experience on B2B web products
- Highly analytical: you make data-driven decisions, are comfortable with metrics, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Technically fluent: you can discuss APIs, integrations, and technical constraints with engineers; comfortable in a complex technical domain
- Proactive and resourceful: you thrive in environments where things aren't fully defined
- End-to-end ownership: experience across discovery, delivery, and adoption
- Scrum experience: you have worked with engineering, design, and data teams in an agile environment
- Strong communicator: clear, structured, concise
Nice to have:
- Advanced AI fluency, ideally hands-on experience with Claude Code
- Telco, travel, or marketplace experience
- Passion for travel
- Cross-platform experience (web + mobile)
- Startup or fast-paced environment experience

What we offer

Home office budget. $500 on equipment for home office set up (eg. a keyboard, a screen, etc). This is a one-off budget that doesn’t renew every year, but doesn’t expire.
Learning and development budget. Up to $1000 annually to be spent on books, online courses, conferences, etc.
Fully remote. The trust and flexibility that come with a fully-remote set up.
$200 non-expiry yearly Flex credit for data, hotspot, and calls.

Note on compensation: Our salary range varies based on your location and experience level. We're a fully remote team, so we factor in local market context, not a one-size-fits-all number.
Compensation
The base pay range for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year.
