Robbins Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization to identify an experienced Marketing Project Manager to join its team in Tysons Corner, VA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn big-picture marketing priorities into organized, accurate, and accountable execution.

The Opportunity

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives from planning through launch, coordinating across internal teams, agencies, vendors, and leadership to ensure projects stay on track and deliver results.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized but isn't simply a "project tracker." We're looking for someone who anticipates problems, catches mistakes, asks the right questions, holds stakeholders accountable, and takes ownership of getting work across the finish line.

The organization operates in a performance-driven, direct-to-consumer environment where marketing success is measured by qualified leads, booked appointments, customer acquisition, and ultimately revenue.

What You'll Do

• Manage multiple marketing projects from concept through execution, including scope, timelines, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and approvals.
• Coordinate across marketing, creative, paid media, web development, analytics, sales, agencies, and outside partners.
• Support campaigns across paid search, paid social, landing pages, creative production, email, SMS, CRM workflows, and other lead-generation channels.
• Ensure campaigns are fully prepared for launch, including assets, approvals, tracking, testing, lead routing, and operational readiness.
• Conduct detailed quality assurance across messaging, offers, links, forms, contact information, mobile experiences, tracking parameters, and customer journeys.
• Lead project meetings, document decisions, track commitments, and proactively identify risks or potential delays.
• Provide leadership with clear visibility into project status, priorities, blockers, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, eliminate repetitive work, and create more efficient workflows.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve project reporting, documentation, quality assurance, data checks, and workflow efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, digital campaign execution, or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer lead generation.
• Experience working with paid advertising, landing pages, conversion tracking, CRM systems, and lead follow-up processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a track record of catching issues before they become larger problems.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior leadership while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and personally manage the details.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.

Highly Preferred

Experience in direct-to-consumer, home services, or other appointment-driven/lead-generation businesses is strongly preferred.

Additional experience that would be valuable includes:

• Managing multiple brands, markets, agencies, or simultaneous campaigns
• Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar project management tools
• Performance marketing environments focused on qualified leads, appointments, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs

AI-First Mindset

This organization actively embraces AI and is looking for someone who is genuinely curious about how AI-assisted tools can make marketing execution smarter, faster, and more accurate.

You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable experimenting with AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, documentation, quality assurance, and process automation. Just as importantly, you should know how to validate outputs, protect sensitive information, and apply sound judgment when using these tools.

Position details

Location: Tysons Corner, VA

Work Arrangement: In office 4 days per week

Compensation: $115,000-$130,000 base salary

Employment: Full-time, exempt

Travel: Minimal
