The Position
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team at Roche Diagnostics Turkiye.
Job Description
- End-to-end responsibility for relevant purchasing categories,
- Evaluating the cost, quality, and reliability of the purchased items,
- Preparing pre-tender cost analysis for direct purchases,
- Finding new suppliers and strengthening the relationship with the current suppliers,
- Organizing payment timelines with the suppliers,
- Developing new projects to improve supply processes
- Updating purchasing and vehicle management SOP,
- Creation of GMN for the SAP records of the items that will be purchased,
- Inventory follow-up for the stocked items,
- Supporting office management.
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant department,
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement,
- General understanding of finance processes and standards,
- Strong communication and advisory skills, and the ability to deal with complex issues,
- End-to-end accountability, problem-solving skills,
- Multi-cultural acceptance, ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment,
- Customer centricity through your day-to-day interactions,
- Proficiency in English,
- Strong RFX processes knowledge,
- Excellent technical procurement skills, such as influencing, vendor management, change management, and contract negotiation,
- Strong stakeholder engagement.
