Requirements

5+ years of Java backend development experience

Strong Java skills

Experience with Docker and microservices

Fluent German (B2+) and English

Degree in Computer Science or similar

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java backend services

Design and implement new product features

Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions

Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance

Work with Product Managers, Architects, and the Scrum team

Improve CI/CD and deployment processes

Mentor and support other engineers
