Job Description

The EDGE program's Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Leadership Development Program (ISC LDP) track accelerates the professional growth of future people leaders. You willgain cross-functionalexperiences to enhance your professional growth while learning about the core of our Integrated Supply Chain organization through four different six-month rotations and one year-long capstone rotation.

Upon graduation, you will be promoted into a longer-term role that matches the your professional interests.Successful associates will graduate into an individual contributor, technically focused, or supervisor role depending on their performance throughout the program. You will report to the ISC Program Managerand work onsite at one of the locations listed below.

Location:

Location flexibility is a requirement of this position. Rotation assignments could include facilities in Wisconsin, Ohio or elsewhere in the US. To successfullygraduate from the program, you must relocate to at least one new, US-based site during the course of the program. Site availabilities change depending on business need and remaining rotation requirements.

Most common sites include:

  • Wisconsin: Milwaukee and Mequon (considered the same general location for this requirement since they are in the same geographic area), Richland Center, and Ladysmith

  • Ohio: Twinsburg and Mayfield Heights (considered the same general location for this requirement since they are in the same geographic area)

  • New York: East Setauket

  • Indiana: Whitestown

Relocation assistance is provided for each rotation.Due to the nature of the work, most roles are required to be in-person while some business-focused rotations may have the potential for a hybrid work arrangement with most of your working time occurring on-site at a Rockwell Automation facility. Fully remote positions are not available viathis program.

This application is for our 2027 start dates (January 11th or June 14th).

Your Responsibilities:

During your three years, you will haveongoing development conversations with the program manager to help determine the right role for your next rotation. Rotations are targeted development roles which are focused in variousfunctional areas, including:

  • Three, six-month rotations in the following core areas: planning and materials; quality and manufacturing engineering; and operations engineering. One, six-month rotation in one of the following business elective areas: strategic sourcing or logistics.

  • One, twelve-month capstone requirement in plant supervision. Along with the twelve-month capstone, you will be required to complete three of your five rotations in the core category and one of your five rotations in the business elective category.

  • Throughout the three-year program, associates will: Develop skills in AI-enabled process improvement, data analysis, project management and people leadership. Participate in individualized mentoring in a learning environment. You willreceive challenging levels of responsibility, accountability, and visibility.

Basic Qualifications (required):

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from an accredited university.

  • Availability to relocate multiple times throughout the program.

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required.We willnot sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • GPA of 3.0 or above

  • Graduating before (within 3 yearsof) January 2027

  • Major in mechanical, industrial, manufacturing engineering, supply chain management, or similar

  • Met at an on-campus event or national conference

  • Previous applicable co-op or intern experience.

  • Ability to communicatetomultiple levels, including senior leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, produce excellent work results and follow-throughon commitments.

  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skillsincluding an attention to detail.

For this role, the Base Salary Compensation is from $76,800.00 - $82,000.00 USD/annual with an annual target bonus of 5% of base salary. Our benefits for the US can be found here. Actual pay will be based on factors such as skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
