- Support the introduction and implementation of new products, engineering changes, and complex ETO configurations, ensuring quality requirements are properly translated into manufacturing processes.

- Analyze recurring defects and process trends using data-driven techniques to identify systemic improvement opportunities.

- Lead cross-functional Kaizen and continuous improvement projects focused on quality, productivity, and defect prevention.

- Support internal, customer, and external audits, ensuring compliance with applicable Rockwell Automation standards, ISO 9001, and relevant electrical/safety requirements.

- Develop and maintain quality documentation, standards, procedures, and visual management systems.

- Provide technical coaching and mentoring to Quality Engineers, technicians, operators, and cross-functional teams in quality tools and problem-solving methodologies.

- Ensure effective management of non-conforming material, MRB, deviations, and rework activities.
