Job Description

As a Project Manager, Responsible Supply Chain, you will develop and lead supplier-facing third-party risk management (TPRM), compliance, sustainability, and supplier assessment campaigns. You will create supplier content and conduct outreach and education activities across Rockwell Automation's supplier base. Your responsibilities will include collecting, validating, and reporting supplier information needed to support risk management, sustainability, compliance, and supplier engagement initiatives, along with other duties as assigned.

You will report to the Operations and Reporting Team Lead and work at the Rockwell Automation facility in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Enablement and Collaboration Develop supplier-facing materials and support supplier engagement initiatives in partnership with Sustainability, Strategic Sourcing, Compliance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.Coordinate stakeholder communication and alignment to ensure successful execution of supplier assessment and risk management programs.
• Supplier Data Collection and Campaigns Lead supplier communications, surveys, assessments, and data collection campaigns related to third-party risk management, sustainability, compliance, business continuity, and other strategic initiatives.Track supplier participation, monitor response rates, escalate gaps, and publish periodic campaign performance results.
• Supplier Outreach and Content Creation Develop educational supplier outreach content, guidance materials, and communications to increase supplier participation and improve data quality across supplier engagement programs.Support supplier training and awareness activities related to compliance and reporting expectations.
• Supplier Research and Analysis Conduct supplier research using publicly available and internal data sources to support supplier risk evaluations, compliance assessments, and program reporting.Analyze supplier performance and participation trends to identify risks, improvement opportunities, and engagement strategies.
• Dashboards and Reporting Assist in developing status dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Excel, and related technologies.Deliver regular performance updates and insights to team members, leadership, and internal business partners.
• Program Support and Documentation Support the collection, validation, documentation, and reporting of supplier data used for third-party risk management, supplier compliance, sustainability, and operational reporting initiatives.Maintain process documentation, data quality controls, and audit-ready records supporting supplier programs and campaigns.

The essentials - you will have:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in sustainability, supply chain, or related business field.
• Project management capabilities with an emphasis on delivering measurable outcomes through data-driven insights, metrics, and performance tracking.
• The ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

The preferred - you might also have:

• Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain processes with a data-driven approac
• 5 or more years of professional experience
• 3+ years of experience creating educational content for external partners.
• 3+ years of experience compiling and managing structured datasets.
