B2C CRM Marketing Executive (Commercial Moments & Reactive Comms)

We're looking for a hands-on CRM Executive to build, QA and ship our reactive comms calendar and support key commercial moments across 14 markets and languages. Reporting to our B2C CRM Manager, you will create briefs and turn them into flawlessly executed campaigns in Braze - on time, correctly targeted, correctly localised. You'll work at pace on time-sensitive sends, coordinate creative production, making sure customers get the right message at the right time.

You will be responsible for:

• Campaign build and delivery: Build broadcast campaigns end to end in Braze - templates, segments, workflows, personalisation logic and scheduling - across email, push, in-app and content cards.
• Reactive execution: Turn around time-sensitive and urgent sends at speed, working to the reactive calendar and priorities set by the CRM Manager.
• Key commercial moments: Deliver campaign plans and activity for key commercial moments (Black Friday, seasonal peaks, key dates) against agreed strategic direction, ensuring campaigns land on time and drive maximum customer engagement and revenue impact.
• QA: Self-QA every campaign against the agreed checklist - targeting, links, copy, creative, personalisation, localisation - and submit for review before scheduling.
• Localisation delivery: Adapt and localise central campaigns across 14 markets, coordinating translations and market-specific variants.
• Creative Excellence & Testing: Coordinate content and creative production with Design and Content, and run a structured A/B testing programme to continuously improve engagement and conversion.
• Reporting and continuous improvement: Report campaign performance per send, against agreed benchmarks - highlighting what worked well and what needs improving, so learnings feed into the next campaign rather than being re-learned.
• Reactive comms optimisation: Continuously optimise reactive communications, apply our customer segmentation, and manage the calendar for maximum impact, balancing send frequency, relevance, and commercial priorities across the customer base.
• Local marketing support: Support local market teams with ad- hoc marketing initiatives and requests, ensuring central campaigns are adapted and localised effectively.

Requirements

About you:

• Hands-on ESP experience (essential). 1+ years building and deploying campaigns in Braze or similar, including segmentation and scheduling.
• Technical comfort. Able to navigate HTML/CSS edits - not coding from scratch, but confident tweaking and adding elements.
• Agile & data-driven: Highly analytical, with a proven track record of using data and A/B testing to inform and optimise campaign performance.
• Execution & delivery mindset: A true “doer” who thrives on turning commercial moments and reactive briefs around quickly and building campaigns end-to-end, without losing sight of quality.
• Structured yet scrappy: Highly structured in managing the execution of a busy, multi-market comms calendar, yet scrappy and agile when a reactive moment needs to move fast.
• “Local and Global”: Prepared to engage with (and semi-regularly meet) local marketing teams across Europe to better understand market nuances and customer needs / wants to improve CRM campaigns.
