What you'll do

• Build AI agent platform to serve risk and compliance in trillion dollar financial industry (don't worry if you don't know anything about finance)
• Build mission critical features for Fortune 500customers
• Operate as one team: own problems end-to-end, review each other’s code, and move quickly.

What you won’t do

• Bureaucracy.No 3-month approvals to launch a feature.
• Politics.No fighting other teams for headcount or scope.
• Build for the void.We ship what customers actually need.

Must Requirements

• 1-4 years of full-stack software development experience.
• If you have less than 2 years of experience, GPA >= 3.7

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per year.
