Duties and Responsibilities:

• Should have an Experience of at least 1 year in Customer Service.
• Should be willing to make Outbound calls and answer incoming calls confidently.
• Should take the ownership of complaints and queries of the customers and

  proactively follow through to resolution in the given SLA.

• Should ensure all customers queries are well-investigated and resolved.
• Develop a professional relationship with customers by building a good rapport.
• Co-ordinate & provide feedback to the internal team for faster resolution.
