About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer to join our team and work on Salesforce implementations and customizations for clients in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Financial Services Cloud, integrations, and Lightning technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.

- Work extensively on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations and customizations.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Configure and customize FSC features based on client requirements.

- Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.

- Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processes.

- Develop responsive and reusable Lightning Web Components.

- Work with Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and roles.

- Participate in deployment activities using Change Sets, Salesforce CLI, or CI/CD tools.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other developers.

- Follow Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Triggers.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

- Good understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud certification.

- Experience working with banking, insurance, wealth management, or other financial services clients.

- Knowledge of OmniStudio, Flows, or MuleSoft is an added advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
