Salesforce FSL Developer

About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce FSL Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL). The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and implementing FSL solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize Salesforce Field Service solutions.

- Configure and implement FSL features including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Operating Hours, Skills, and Scheduling.

- Develop Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce customizations.

- Work on FSL scheduling and optimization, including Scheduling Policies and Work Rules.

- Integrate Salesforce FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Understand and implement Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce and FSL.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers.

- Follow Salesforce best practices and ensure solutions comply with governor limits.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).

- Good knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.

- Experience with Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Territories, Skills, and Scheduling.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Good understanding of Salesforce security and data model.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment and release processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.

- Salesforce Field Service certification.

- Experience with Field Service Mobile.

- Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud is an advantage.

- Experience with Salesforce CLI and CI/CD tools.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
