YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

The Project Assistant is responsible forprovidingproject management support to the Project team. This positionmay include generaladministrative support.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• RecapandtrackPotentialChangeOrders(PCO’s).

• Abilitytopriceupmaterialvouchers.

• WriteupandkeeptrackofallRequestforInformation(RFI’s).

• TrackcertifiedpayrollforRosendinandallsubcontractorsandfilloutallnecessaryformsthejob requires. e.g.,HRC forms, OCIP Compliance.

• AbilitytoupdateprojectschedulesonMicrosoftProjectsorSureTrack.

• Monthlybilling(ScheduleofValues/Coversheet)

• Createandupdatematerialflowsheets.e.g.,FixturesandFireAlarmdevices;Subcontract/Change Order logs; Submittal logs.

• Abilitytoobtainquotesfromvendorsandsomelightmaterialordering.

• Thedutiesandresponsibilitiesareintendedtodescribe thegeneralnatureandscopeofworkbeing performed by this position.This is not acomplete listing and other duties will beassigned basedon the position’s role within the business unit.

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

• AssociatedegreeinBusinessManagement,ConstructionManagement,orrelatedfield

• Bachelor’sdegreepreferred

• Minimum1-2years’projectmanagementsupportexperience,preferablyinaconstruction environment

• Experienceinthe constructionindustry

• Canbeacombinationofeducation,training,andrelevantexperience

WORKINGCONDITIONS:

• Generalworkenvironment-sittingforextended periods, standing,walking,typing,carrying,pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions,such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning.

• Noiselevelistypically lowtomedium;it canbeloudonajobsite.

• Occasionalliftingofupto30lbs.
