Вам предстоит:

  • анализ структуры обращений на медицинский пульт;
  • составление отчетов по клиническим и экономическим показателям работы медицинского пульта;
  • подбор персонала, его обучение, адаптация, мотивация;
  • взаимодействие со смежными подразделениями, клиниками;
  • совершенствование алгоритмов взаимодействия сотрудников медицинского пульта с застрахованными.

Что мы ожидаем от кандидата:

  • опыт руководства колл-центром - желательно в медицинском учреждении;
  • готовность обучать и развивать подчиненных;
  • умение разрешать конфликтные ситуации с клиентами.
