Основные задачи:

  • Поддержка функционирования автоматизированных рабочих мест (Astra Linux): установка/обновление ПО, диагностика работы ОС и оборудования, подключение и настройка периферийных устройств и т.п.;
  • Решение типовых заявок по сценариям и не типовых заявок;
  • Консультация инициаторов заявок по типовым вопросам и способам решения инцидентов;
  • Эскалация инцидентов на профильных инженеров (сеть, СХД, серверы, телефония, виртуализация и т.д.).

Как мы видим идеального кандидата:

  • Высшее техническое образование;
  • Опыт работы с Docker и Kubernetes;
  • Уверенное владение Linux (включая Astra Linux и RED OS), глубокое знание командной строки и управление серверами;
  • Опыт работы с Ansible (или SaltStack), написание скриптов (Python/Bash) и работа с Git;
  • Умение создавать и настраивать systemd-юниты, управлять сервисами и журналами;
  • Опыт с Prometheus, Zabbix, ELK Stack или аналогичными инструментами;
  • Знание сетевых протоколов, настройка файрволов (iptables/firewalld), VPN, SSH, SELinux/AppArmor, а также работа с FreeIPA!
