業務内容

ROUTE06は、大手企業の新規事業や事業変革の支援に特化したデジタルソリューションを提供しています。

開発するプロダクトはモール型EC、OMOストア、マーケットプレイスなど多岐にわたり、事業フェーズも立ち上げからグロースまで幅広くあります。

ROUTE06のプロジェクトマネージャーは、BizDev、プロダクトマネージャー、ソフトウェアエンジニア、デザイナーと協業・連携し、要件定義・設計・スケジュール・品質管理を適切に行うことで、開発プロセスとスケジュールを円滑に進行。さらに、開発サイクルの改善や進行をリードし、プロダクトの価値最大化を実現することをミッションとします。

必須要件

プロジェクトのマネジメント経験
プロダクトの要件定義の経験
中規模以上のプロダクトの設計、開発、運用経験
ソフトウェアエンジニアとしての実務経験
AIの動向を把握し、プロダクトへの応用可能性を検討できる方

歓迎要件

社内外の関係者を巻き込むプロダクト開発を推進した経験
ビジネス要件と技術要件をつなぐ橋渡しができる方
プロダクト開発における開発プロセス業務の効率化経験
クラウドサービス（AWS/GCP/Azure）を利用したインフラ設計・構築の経験
AIを活用したプロダクト開発または機能改善の経験

裁量労働制; 10時〜19時を基本とし、自由に選択していただけます
