Key Responsibilities
- Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into detailed application designs and configurations.
- Develop and enhance internally built applications and configure COTS platforms using appropriate technologies.
- Lead development tasks across full lifecycle phases including testing, deployment, and post release support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application defects and performance issues.
- Review and provide feedback on the work of junior developers.
- Recommend improvements to development standards, tools, and practices. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline required.
- 3-6 years of progressive application development experience.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrating with upstream/downstream systems. Competencies
