Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Enterprise Workforce Platforms team. This role is responsible for delivering client-facing consulting services focused on Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Entra ID, Exchange Online, and related cloud technologies. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to assess current environments, develop solution strategies, lead implementation activities, and support adoption and governance initiatives.

The Senior Associate will collaborate with project managers, solution architects, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes while contributing to business development efforts and internal practice growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects.
• Design and implement SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform solutions.
• Conduct tenant assessments, discovery workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 governance, security, and compliance capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Create technical documentation, migration plans, and client deliverables.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues and provide remediation recommendations.
• Work directly with client stakeholders to communicate project status, risks, and recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Participate in proposal development, solution design, and pre-sales activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering or consulting on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Experience with:
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Teams
  • OneDrive for Business
  • Exchange Online
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate)
• Experience with PowerShell automation and scripting.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a consulting environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects.
• Experience with SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.
• Experience developing and deploying complex Power Platform solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview, security, and compliance solutions.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Experience leading client workshops and solution design sessions.

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
