Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end teacher operations (recruitment, onboarding, and allocation) based on class needs.
  • Ensure teacher readiness and availability across online & offline classes (scheduling and subject coverage).
  • Monitor teacher performance (SQT, UKRG, ratings) and coordinate follow-ups with Academic & Training teams.
  • Handle teacher payroll recap and validation, ensuring data accuracy before submission to payroll PIC.
  • Lead class operations, including readiness, scheduling, and handling day-to-day issues (reschedule, replacement, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations, education, or project management (experience in scheduling or people operations is a plus).
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and administrative capability.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and execution skills in handling day-to-day operational issues.
