We’re now looking for driven Sales Executives who want to be part of this exciting journey a new business area backed by one of the strongest brands in HR Tech. You’ll be joining a small, ambitious, and energetic team that’s building something truly special. This is your chance to make a real impact, sell a product customers already love, and shape the future of HR.

What you’ll do

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within our target market.
• Book and manage your own meetings with HR leaders and decision-makers.
• Conduct engaging product demos and presentations.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Negotiate, close deals and celebrate your wins!
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to bring customer feedback to life.
• Reach and exceed your sales targets and KPIs.

Who you are

• You’re a doer and a driver someone who loves building, growing, and taking ownership.
• You have 2+ years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS or tech.
• You communicate with clarity and confidence both in meetings and presentations.
• You’re proactive, curious, and goal-oriented, with a passion for creating opportunities.
• Experience in HR tech or working with HR professionals is a plus (but not required).
